Schedule Policy:

In order to obtain our lawn care services, we ask that you schedule with us for weekly,

bi-weekly, or tri-weekly needs. One-time lawn care is not offered at this time.

If you choose weekly mowing, typically this will be during the growing months of May and June. During drier and non-growing months, frequency will automatically go to bi-weekly.

Overgrown Lawn Pricing Policy:

50% price increase if length of grass is mid shin high.

100% price increase if length of grass is knee high.

150% price increase if length of grass is waist high.

200% price increase if length of grass is chest high or higher.
